This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders at Sumyok. Please read it carefully to understand our shipping procedures, timelines, and fees.
1. Order Processing Time
We strive to process all orders promptly. Order processing typically takes 3 business days before your item is handed over to our shipping carrier. Processing time begins after payment is confirmed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping services. The estimated delivery time is within 7 business days, varying by region. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and unforeseen circumstances. During holidays, promotional periods, or due to severe weather, delivery may experience additional delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Shipping Destinations & Fees
We currently only ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the Contiguous U.S. There are no minimum order value requirements.
4. Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. You can view your tracking information and order status at any time by logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section. Your tracking number will be displayed there, and you can click on it to be redirected to the carrier's website for real-time tracking details. We recommend checking the carrier's website for the most up-to-date delivery information.
5. Shipping Origin & Multiple Shipments
Your order is shipped from our warehouses located within the United States. Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles. To ensure the fastest delivery, your order may be fulfilled from and shipped by multiple warehouses. You may receive separate tracking numbers for different parts of your order. Please note that packages shipped separately may arrive on different days.
6. Special Shipping Circumstances
For deliveries requiring special services beyond standard drop-off—such as delivery to a specific room inside a building (inside delivery), delivery upstairs, or if the driver incurs a waiting time—the carrier may charge additional fees. The customer is responsible for any such fees imposed by the carrier at the time of delivery. Please ensure your shipping address can accommodate standard curbside or front-door delivery.
Our website inventory is updated regularly. If an item is out of stock, it will be unavailable for purchase. We strive to restock popular items as quickly as possible.
7. Shipping Issues & Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@sumyok.com. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. If the change results in additional carrier fees, the customer will be responsible for those charges.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notice and may return the package to a local facility for pickup or reattempt delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the carrier's instructions on the notice or online tracking to retrieve the package. Packages that are ultimately returned to us due to failed delivery may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping charges for any refund processed.
While we ensure all packages are securely packed, issues can occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us at support@sumyok.com immediately with photos of the damaged package and contents. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at support@sumyok.com with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
